1. General Refund Policy

  • Gigs Craft operates as a paid service, and all transactions are securely processed through our platform.
  • Refunds are subject to case-by-case evaluation and may be granted based on specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The freelancer does not complete the project as agreed.
  • The delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
  • The client cancels the project before substantial work has commenced.
  • Payments made due to technical errors or duplicate transactions.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The work has been completed and approved by the client.
  • The client changes their mind after hiring a freelancer.
  • Delays caused by a client’s lack of response or necessary input.
  • Any disputes resolved in favor of the freelancer through mediation.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of project completion or cancellation.
  • Requests should be sent to support@gigscraft.com with relevant details, including project ID, payment proof, and the reason for the refund.
  • Our support team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If a dispute arises, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably.
  • If unresolved, Gigs Craft may mediate and determine an appropriate resolution based on platform policies.
  • Our decision in dispute cases will be final and binding.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
