- Non-delivery of services.

- Breach of agreement between clients and freelancers.
2. Initial Resolution Attempts
- Clients and freelancers are encouraged to resolve issues directly through communication.
- If an agreement cannot be reached, either party may escalate the dispute to Gigs Craft support.
3. Filing a Dispute
To escalate a dispute:
- Submit a dispute request via support@gigscraft.com within 7 days of project completion.
- Provide all relevant details, including project ID, communication logs, proof of work, and payment receipts.
- Incomplete dispute requests may not be considered.
4. Dispute Resolution Process
Upon receiving a dispute request:
- Our support team will review the case within 5-7 business days.
- Both parties may be asked to submit additional supporting documents.
- Mediation will be conducted to find an amicable resolution.
- If mediation fails, Gigs Craft will determine a final resolution based on platform policies and evidence presented.
5. Resolution Outcomes
- Refunds, partial refunds, or project adjustments may be granted if justified.
- If the freelancer has met the agreed terms, the client may not be eligible for a refund.
- Repeated disputes without merit may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Final Decision & Compliance
- Gigs Craft’s decision in dispute cases is final and binding.
- Users must comply with the resolution provided to maintain platform integrity.
- Any attempt to bypass the dispute process (such as chargebacks) may result in penalties.
